For agencies

Pitch interactive fan campaigns without quoting a six-figure build.

Run branded tipping and bracket activations across your whole client roster — without the build cost, without the timeline, without the technical risk.

The challenge

You know this challenge.

The pitch that needs a new idea, again.

Every season the client wants something fresh. The creative team is running on fumes and "another contest" isn't going to win the room.

The campaign that didn't move the brand needle.

Strong engagement, decent numbers, a wrap deck. And a client asking what it actually did for the brand they paid you to grow.

The activation that goes dark when the campaign ends.

Production hours spent, leaderboard live, winner announced — and nothing left in the client's hands the morning after.

What changes

What changes when an agency runs on Fanzava.

A reusable engine across your roster.

One platform, every client, every season. Brand it, configure it, launch it.

Data the client can actually use.

Every signup, every weekly habit, every group rivalry — captured and handed back to the client's CRM.

Recurring revenue, not one-off fees.

Resell branded hubs as a managed service. The margin gets better with every client you add.

How it works

Built for the way agencies work.

Brand each client hub independently — logo, colours, domain, email. Run them in parallel. Plug each one into the client's CRM and reporting tools. Live in under a day.

Designed for organisations like yours.

Coming soon — real customers, named as they arrive.

Pricing

Pricing and access.

Agencies usually run on an enterprise licence — unlimited client hubs, full white-label across the estate, priority support. Pricing scales with your client volume.

Due diligence

Questions agencies ask.

Will my clients ever see Fanzava branding?

No. From Starter onwards, every paid plan ships full white-label — your client's logo, colours, typography, custom domain, and email sender. The Fanzava brand stays out of the experience entirely. Only the Free tier carries a small Fanzava watermark, and most agency-led activations launch on Pro or Enterprise from day one.

Can I run multiple client activations through one Fanzava licence?

Yes. An agency enterprise licence covers unlimited client hubs, each fully white-labelled under the client's brand. You configure and manage the hubs on behalf of your clients from one agency-wide login; the client sees their own branded experience, with Fanzava invisible. How you account for it commercially with your clients is your call — bundled into the activation, billed against the retainer, or treated as a value-add — and stays inside your existing client relationship.

How do you keep one client's data separate from another's?

Strictly. Every hub on Fanzava is its own isolated tenant — separate user directory, separate competitions, separate leaderboards, separate analytics. No query, API, or background job can return data across hubs without explicit cross-hub authorisation. From a client's perspective, their hub is the only thing on the platform.

Can I run different sports and competition formats per client?

Yes. Each client hub runs independently — one client on AFL season-long tipping, another on March Madness brackets, a third on a multi-sport activation across NRL and EPL during the season overlap. Tipping and brackets are core scope; sport coverage spans AFL, NRL, EPL, NFL, NBA, MLB, cricket, World Cup, college basketball, and most major fixture-based sports.
