For corporate & HR
Give your team something to talk about that isn't the all-staff email.
Run a branded tipping competition across your company — a Monday-morning leaderboard, a Friday-afternoon catch-up, the kind of low-effort cross-team interaction that makes a workplace feel like a workplace.

The challenge
You know this challenge.
Colleagues who share a logo but not a conversation.
Your team is doing real work. They're just doing it in their own corners. Cross-team conversation doesn't happen on its own anymore, and most of the things you put in front of people are competing for the same attention.
The cultural moments that take effort to manufacture.
Trivia nights, morale surveys, lunch-and-learns — they work, and they take real planning every time. What's missing is something that runs on its own once it's set up.
The internal communication that gets lost in the noise.
All-staff emails, intranet posts, Slack announcements — important things end up scrolling past. There aren't many channels people want to open, which makes everything else harder to land.
What changes
What changes when a workplace runs on Fanzava.
A weekly rhythm that isn't about work.
Tipping rounds give every employee a reason to check in with the leaderboard, compare results, and talk about something that isn't a deliverable. The cross-team conversation runs itself.
Participation that doesn't need chasing.
Set the tips on Friday afternoon. Talk about the result on Monday morning. The format is light enough that the people who normally skip morale initiatives actually take part.
A channel HR can actually reach people through.
When the weekly tipping email is the one people open, the announcements you tuck inside it actually get read. New policy launches, town-hall reminders, wellbeing program updates — landed in a place people are already paying attention.
How it works
Built for the way HR teams work.
Branded with your company's identity. Set up in an afternoon, no IT ticket required. SSO support for larger organisations. Privacy-respecting — no individual data leaves the platform without your say-so. Participation reporting available at the team and organisation level.
Designed for organisations like yours.
Coming soon — real customers, named as they arrive.
Pricing
Pricing and access.
Most companies start on the Starter or Pro plan and self-serve through the website. Larger organisations — typically 500+ employees — run on an enterprise licence with SSO, dedicated support, and custom configuration.

Due diligence
Questions HR teams ask.
Will employees see Fanzava branding, or just our company's?
Only your company's. Every paid plan ships full white-label — your logo, colours, and brand applied across every screen, every email, and every notification. Pro and Enterprise also support a custom domain and a custom email sender, so the experience reads as tipping.yourcompany.com and emails arrive from your own address.
Do you support SSO with our identity provider?
Yes — Enterprise tier includes full SSO support for both SAML and OIDC, working with Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, and any standard identity provider. Smaller organisations on self-serve plans onboard via invite link, QR code, or bulk CSV upload — quicker to set up, no IT ticket required.
Can we use the tipping emails to communicate other HR announcements?
Yes. Tipping emails support configurable announcement blocks — you can tuck a town-hall reminder, a wellbeing program update, or a new policy launch into the weekly email your team is already opening. The announcement appears alongside the tipping content; both arrive in the same email, in your branding.
Is participation private from individual managers, or visible to them?
Participation data is visible to HR as the hub administrator — total participation, weekly activity, group-level breakdowns. Individual managers don't get a separate view of their direct reports' tipping; they see the same public leaderboard everyone else does. Privacy is preserved by default.
