Can sponsors fund the prize pool to support our cause?
Yes — through an arrangement between you and your sponsors, with the platform giving them visible placement. Configure prizes from sponsors directly in your admin panel, and sponsor logos appear on prize tiles, leaderboards, and in round emails so they get the visibility their support has earned. The financial arrangement (whether sponsors fund the prize, donate value to the cause, or both) stays between you and the sponsor.
Can we tie tipping participation into our supporter database?
Yes. The platform integrates with HubSpot, Salesforce, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, and any standard webhook-receiving system — every signup, weekly engagement event, milestone, and prize claim flows through to your supporter database in near-real-time.
Can we use the weekly emails to communicate other appeals and event invitations?
Yes. Weekly emails support configurable announcement blocks, so you can tuck appeal updates, event invitations, supporter news, or volunteer asks into the tipping email your supporters are already opening. The announcement appears alongside the tipping content; both arrive in the same email.
Do you have non-profit pricing?
Yes. Registered non-profits qualify for 50% off Starter or Pro on annual billing; applications are reviewed within five business days. For larger national charities running major appeals, enterprise discounts are negotiated case by case to fit the scale of your supporter base.
