For franchise networks
Run one competition across every branch and watch the network actually feel like a network.
Franchisors of any size — Fanzava builds a branded competition that runs across every branch on the same week, with a national leaderboard, branch-vs-branch standings, and the kind of friendly internal competition that turns a fragmented network into a connected one.

The challenge
You know this challenge.
A network where the branches don't quite know each other.
Same brand, same shopfront, same standards. The branches are all doing their own version of a good job — and most of them are doing it without much sense of what's happening at the branch two suburbs over, let alone two states.
The internal initiative that takes a campaign to launch.
Sales contests, training challenges, customer-acquisition pushes — they work, and every one is a project. Brief the agency, build the microsite, chase the participation, write the wrap report. By the time it's live, the energy has gone out of it.
The branch-level engagement you can't quite see.
Head office knows revenue. Head office knows compliance. Head office has a harder time knowing which branches feel like a team and which ones feel like a job — and that gap matters, because the answer usually shows up in the revenue six months later.
What changes
What changes when a network runs on Fanzava.
A weekly competition that runs across the whole network.
Same competition, same week, every branch. National leaderboard. Branch-vs-branch standings. The conversation between branches happens by itself.
A culture engine that doesn't need a campaign.
Once it's live, it runs on the fixture rhythm. No quarterly relaunch, no agency brief, no chasing branches to participate.
Network-level engagement data, finally.
Which branches participate. Which branches dominate. Which branches need a nudge. The kind of soft-engagement metric a franchisor has never had a clean number on.
How it works
Built for the way networks operate.
Branded with your network's identity. One central competition, branch-level breakdowns, national leaderboard. Manage from head office, no branch-level admin required. Scales from a handful of branches to a national network.
Designed for networks like yours.

Pricing
Pricing and access.
Smaller networks start on the Pro plan and self-serve through the website. Larger networks — typically 50+ branches — run on an enterprise licence with white-label, dedicated support, and network-level reporting.

Due diligence
Questions networks ask.
Can we see branch-level participation and standings?
Yes. Configure a Group per branch, region, or any other operational cut, and the platform delivers branch-level leaderboards, branch-vs-branch standings, and branch-by-branch participation reporting. Head office sees everything; branches see their own standing in the network.
Do branch managers need to do any admin, or does it all run from head office?
Head office runs everything. The hub admin role covers competition setup, branding, prizes, participant management, and reporting — branches don't need any admin involvement. Delegated branch-level moderation (giving a branch manager limited admin rights over their own branch's group) is on the roadmap for networks that want that pattern.
Can the same competition run across different sports per region?
Yes. Run separate competitions per region — one branch network on NRL, another on AFL, regional teams on local codes — all inside one hub, all from one head office login. Pro tier supports up to 10 concurrent competitions; Enterprise has no cap.
What does the rollout look like for a network of our size?
The platform itself stands up quickly — a hub with branding, branches configured, and a competition live can be done in days. Total timeline depends on your network's configuration and sign-off process — branding sign-off, branch onboarding, competition rules. Talk to our team about a rollout plan sized to your network.
