Through two paths. The hub runs on a custom domain (e.g., tipping.yourgym.com) that can be linked from inside your member app, with SSO carrying members across without a separate login on Enterprise tier. For deeper integration directly into your app, Full API access on Pro and Enterprise tiers lets your dev team render the experience inside your own front-end.

Can we see participation broken down by member or location?

Yes. The platform provides member-level participation data — every signup, every tip, every engagement event — and Groups can be configured per location for multi-site networks, giving you location-level participation, leaderboards, and standings. Head office sees the full picture; each location sees its own.

Can we tie tipping participation into our retention reporting?

Yes. Twelve lifecycle webhook events fire from the platform — signup, first tip, milestones, inactivity signals — and flow into HubSpot, Salesforce, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or any standard webhook-receiving system in near-real-time. Plug those events into your retention dashboard alongside your visit data and you can read tipping engagement as a leading indicator alongside attendance.
