For education
Turn the moments students and alumni already care about into a year-round engagement channel.
Universities, university athletics offices, alumni teams — Fanzava builds a branded bracket and tipping competition around the fixtures your community already follows, giving you a weekly reason to be in front of students, alumni, donors, and sports supporters.

The challenge
You know this challenge.
The engagement that spikes and fades.
Finals, rivalry matches, alumni weekends, major tournaments — your community is fully tuned in. Between those moments, keeping students and alumni connected becomes much harder.
The alumni database the inbox can't quite reach.
You have the names, the emails, the relationships. Campaign updates, event invitations, fundraising messages, and sports news are all competing for attention in the same crowded inbox.
The community that lives on platforms you don't control.
Your athletics programs build genuine community on socials, and most of that engagement happens somewhere the institution doesn't own the audience, the data, or the experience.
What changes
What changes when an institution runs on Fanzava.
A weekly habit built around your fixture calendar.
Tipping rounds and brackets run on the rhythm of the season — the tournament windows, the rivalry matches, the fixtures your community already follows. Students and alumni come back weekly for something they already care about.
An alumni channel they actually open.
When the weekly bracket email is the one alumni open, the announcements you tuck inside it — events, giving campaigns, athletics news — land in a place people are already paying attention.
First-party data on a community you usually only see in moments.
Every signup, every weekly engagement, every prize claim — captured by you, owned by you. The kind of direct relationship with students, alumni, and supporters that's hard to build through any other channel.
How it works
Built for the way institutions operate.
Branded with your institution's identity. Run brackets for tournaments, tipping for season-long competitions, or both. Embed inside your existing student or alumni portal via SSO if you have one, or run as a standalone hub. Cross-cohort and cross-department leaderboards.
Designed for institutions like yours.
Coming soon — real customers, named as they arrive.
Pricing
Pricing and access.
Smaller institutions and individual departments start free and upgrade to a paid plan when they want their own branding. Athletics departments and institution-wide rollouts run on an enterprise licence with white-label, dedicated support, and integration with your existing systems.

Due diligence
Questions institutions ask.
Can we run tournament brackets — including March Madness brackets — for our students and alumni?
Yes. Brackets are core to the platform — for any tournament structure, including March Madness, NCAA conference tournaments, the World Cup, the FA Cup, the Australian Open, or your own institution's intercollegiate cup. Run them as standalone brackets or alongside season-long tipping competitions.
Does it embed inside our existing student or alumni portal?
Through one of two paths. The hub runs on a custom domain (e.g., tipping.youruniversity.edu) that can be linked from your existing portal, with SSO carrying users across without a separate login. For deeper integration directly into portal templates, Full API access on Pro and Enterprise tiers lets your IT team render leaderboards using your existing front-end framework.
Can we use the weekly emails to land alumni giving and event communications?
Yes. Weekly emails support configurable announcement blocks, so you can tuck giving campaign updates, event invitations, athletics announcements, or alumni news into the email your community is already opening. The announcement appears alongside the tipping content; both arrive in the same email.
How do you handle privacy and student data residency?
Enterprise tier supports data residency in AU, EU, US, or UK — your students' and alumni's data lives on disks in your nominated region. Multi-tenant isolation is foundational architecturally; no query, API, or background job returns data across hubs without explicit authorisation.
